Our Work / Project experience

Revenue data governance — conceptual artwork in graphite, silver and burgundy.
Data-governance domains, responsibilities and their relationships.

The challenge

Consistent data use depends on more than a technical platform. A revenue organisation needs clear responsibilities for access, quality, privacy and the handling of policy exceptions across departments.

An assessment of existing data practices informed policies for privacy, integrity and access. The work addressed departmental responsibilities, policy integration and awareness, together with procedures for review, violation reporting and investigation.
