Mapping debt processes for analytical decision support.
Process design inputs for Pakistan’s Debt Management Office.

- Programme funder

The challenge
Debt-management decisions depend on institutional processes, information and future financing scenarios. An analytical tool needs to reflect how those decisions are prepared and made.
The assignment mapped Pakistan’s debt-process flow as an input to a proposed debt-management analytical tool. It connected the operational process with the information needed for decision support and scenario analysis.
