The challenge
Sensitive case records need to support coordinated action across responsible institutions. Digitising the record is only one part of making case status and follow-up usable.
The work developed online case-management interfaces, progress tracking and tools for coordination among relevant departments. Customised views and a dedicated dashboard supported case supervision.
Contribution and outputs
Fareed Zaffar’s prior work through TPI–LUMS included the design and implementation of customised child-protection case-management systems in the UNICEF and Oxford Policy Management context.
