The challenge
Public-investment reform brings planning, monitoring, information flows and institutional responsibilities together. A useful digital roadmap must address how these parts work across departments and oversight bodies.
Within the PRIDE-related taskforce, the digitisation component connected process and system assessment with the wider institutional review. Mahdi coordinated with business-process, legal, human-resource and functional-review teams so that recommendations reflected the operation, its dependencies and the changes needed for implementation.
